Examples of our experience

• Assisting an Abu Dhabi government agency in the review and development of internal procurement arrangements, including drafting internal policies and procedures and implementing mechanisms for prevention, detection, and sanction of corruption, fraud and other procurement related malpractices.
• Advising one of the largest exhibition centres in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East, on the sale of numerous plots in a master development and the ongoing management of the development as well as advising on hotel management agreements.
• Advising one of the largest Abu Dhabi master developers on a number of property, construction and joint venture arrangements, including advising on a prominent development comprising hotels, retail and a theme park, and advising on district cooling joint venture documentation.
• Advised a department of the Abu Dhabi government on the creation of a professional media and entertainment training academy in Abu Dhabi, together with the formation of a legal joint venture partnership arrangement involving the provision of professional and vocational training courses by three of the world's most recognised media and entertainment training providers.
• Advising a consortium on its bid for the design, refurbishment, expansion, financing, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of the $3 billion Mafraq to Ghweifat Highway PPP Project. This is the first road project to be implemented in the UAE and in the Gulf region as a PPP and the largest PPP project in the region to date.
• Advising a local investment house on its investment in a UAE entity to establish a garden centre and other facilities in a golf estate development.
• Acting for one of the largest property development companies in the UAE regarding adjustments to its corporate governance practices.
