DLA Piper is a proud sponsor of The Association for Corporate Growth's (ACG) 4th Annual 2008 International M&A DealSource Conference and Capital Connection. Jonathan Klein will also moderate the panel, The Pitfalls and Pratfalls of Cross Border Transactions.

ACG's focus this year will be on International and Domestic dealmaking. In addition, they have added a morning program that will feature both US and international private equity firms, panels during the day and a speed dating session between investment bankers and private equity firms.
