András is the Country Managing Partner in our Budapest office and a partner since 2000 in the Corporate and M&A group. András has been involved in numerous international cross-border and domestic corporate, financing and other commercial transactions. With more than 16 years' experience, he has been involved in major international public and private M&A transactions advising the sellers, the purchasers, the target companies and their financial advisors.

András has advised financial and strategic investors, investment banks and other corporate finance advisers, listed companies in relation to private and public M&A transaction, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters. András is an arbitrator of the Financial and Capital Market Court of Arbitration in Budapest. Before becoming the Office Managing Partner, he served as the head of the Corporate and M&A group between 2004 - 2008.

András is a qualified Hungarian solicitor and was admitted to practice in Hungary in 1997.
