• Representing several residential real estate development joint ventures in acquisition, re-sale and distribution among joint venture partners of land in large master planned residential and mixed use development projects in Contra Costa County, Marin County, Santa Clara County, and Los Angeles County
• Representing an institutional property owner in the sale of multiple parcels in an industrial development project (total sales for the project were approximately $29 million)
• Representing a manufacturing company in the sale of multiple industrial buildings.
• Representing numerous clients in negotiation of office, R&D and warehouse leases
• Representing an institutional landlord in negotiating multiple warehouse leases and lease assignments
• Representing numerous clients in subletting office, R&D and warehouse sites
• Counseling a shopping center owner on retail leases for its shopping center
• Representation of a developer/borrower in preparing enforceability and authority opinion letters in connection with loans in excess of $57 million
• Assisting in multiple corporate M&A transactions on the disposition of real estate assets
• Advising a national technology firm on land use issues involving the City of San Jose
• Advising property owners and homeowners’ associations on land use and zoning issues in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County, California
