Ariane A. Chan practices corporate securities laws and emphasizes counseling primarily public and private technology companies. She advises management and boards of directors in connection with day to day operations as well as significant corporate and financing events, including private and public equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, complex capital structure reorganization, and company formation. Ms. Chan also counsels clients on their compliance with corporate governance and public disclosure requirements.
