- Acting for a large regional telecommunications company in its initial public offering on the Bahraini stock exchange.
- Acting for Bahrain Maritime & Mercantile International B.S.C. in its acquisition of a 40 per cent equity stake in a retail beverage company in Jordan.
- Acting in the establishment of a Bahraini investment bank seeking and promoting investment opportunities in oil, gas and petrochemicals throughout the MENA region.
- Acting for a Bahrain based investment bank in its acquisition of a majority stake in a Kuwaiti consultancy company.
- Acting for Bahrain District Cooling Company on its joint venture with i2i Bahrain to provide technical services to new and used buildings in Bahrain.
- Acting for an international textile manufacturer in respect of warranty and misrepresentation claims, subject to the Laws of Bahrain, under a share sale agreement in relation to the purchase of a company and its assets in Bahrain.
- Advising a GCC Government on real estate laws and regulations including preparing a comparative study of real estate laws in the GCC, including the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Acting for a major international hotel operator on new hotel development projects in the United Arab Emirates and other GCC states, including the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Acting for Venture Capital Bank in the establishment of a private equity fund domiciled in Bahrain in the legal form of an exempt Collective Investment Undertaking. We advised on all aspects of the fund's establishment including the preparation of the offering document and subscription agreement.
- Advising a Bahraini bank on the establishment of a US$500m Shari'a compliant private equity fund investing in the MENA region.
