Bruce is the managing partner of the Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

He specialises in commercial and corporate matters comprising investment work and shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and alliances. His corporate finance focus includes flotations, placings and rights issues, takeovers, private company acquisitions, sales and management buyouts and general advice required from time to time by corporate clients.

Bruce is the former international head of our Corporate group.
