Carrie Williamson is a patent litigation associate who has participated in two patent litigation hearings in the International Trade Commission and a jury trial on patent infringement and Lanham Act claims in the District Court of Oregon. All three trials resulted in victories for DLA clients, and the technologies in the cases included optical storage devices, DVD players and internet technologies.
