Associate

Christopher Land is an experienced commercial litigation attorney who has successfully represented major national and international corporations.
Mr. Land's primary practice is in product liability litigation and investigations, specifically representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufactures. He has extensive experience in discovery, motion practice and depositions. He also appeared before and successfully argued a number of cases before the New York Appellate Division and New York's highest court, the New York Court of Appeals. He also has successfully argued a number of motions motions before the New York state court, including motions for summary judgment.
Since 2006, Mr. Land has served as the chair for New York Young Lawyer's Division of the SLDO committee, Defense Research Institute.
