Claudine is the Country Managing Partner for Austria where she also heads the Litigation and Regulatory Practice Group.

She is a recognized specialist in the fields of European and national competition law, merger control, litigation, antitrust and regulatory law. International publications like Chambers Europe, PLC and Legal 500 also recommend Claudine as one of the leading Austrian lawyers for telecommunications law and financial services regulatory.

Claudine was educated at the University of Vienna, Faculty of Law (Master of Laws - 1991, Doctor of Laws - 1994).

She has published numerous books and articles in her areas of expertise, including the Commentary on the Austrian Cartel Act (Manz Verlag, 2007) and the Handbook of Telecommunication Law (Verlag Österreich, 1998).

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Claudine was working with other reputable international law firms in Vienna and Brussels.
