Cory Stigile, an associate in the Tax practice group, concentrates his practice on international tax and transfer pricing matters. Mr. Stigile comes to DLA Piper from Hochman, Salkin, Rettig, Toscher & Perez, P.C. where he was an associate in the tax controversy practice from 2005 to 2007.

Before entering private practice, he was a Field Placement Intern at the Internal Revenue Service in Atlanta, Georgia (2003), and a tax specialist and auditor at KPMG LLP (1998-2001).

His civic activities have included volunteer work with the Community Tax Aid of New York (2005), the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program at California Lutheran University (1997-1998), and The Special Olympics in New York City.

In addition to being a licensed lawyer, Mr. Stigile is also a CPA licensed in California.
