Daniel J. Croxall is an associate in DLA Piper's Litigation practice, based in Sacramento.
Mr. Croxall focuses his practice on complex civil and criminal litigation. Before joining DLA Piper, he was with Stevens, O'Connell & Jacobs in Sacramento.
During law school, Mr. Croxall served as primary comment editor of the McGeorge Law Review and published two articles in the MLR. He was also a member of the McGeorge School of Law's Moot Court Honors Board and National Appellate Advocacy Team, where his appellate brief won third place out of 179 submitted briefs in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Croxall served as a full-time judicial extern for The Honorable Frank C. Damrell, Jr., United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and as a student member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court. At his graduation from McGeorge, he received the Outstanding Student Achievement Award for the class of 2008.
During much of law school, Mr. Croxall worked as a law clerk at Lewis & Bacon, P.C. He also taught English at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and at Cuesta College before turning to a career in the law.
