David Nachman represents leading corporations and financial institutions, as well as senior executives and directors of public companies, in complex regulatory, enforcement, securities law and corporate governance and compliance matters. Recent engagements in these areas include the representation of cereal-maker Kellogg’s and Qwest founder Philip Anschutz in investigations conducted by the New York Attorney General’s Office; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act internal investigations for a multinational pharmaceuticals manufacturer; and the representation of Computer Associates International in the defense and resolution of its securities class action litigation.
