Anette is a partner in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits team in our Oslo office.

She has significant experience and years of practice in employment law and related areas.

Anette advises on HR procedures, restructuring, dismissals, whistle-blowing, discrimination issues and health, environment and safety issues.

She frequently lectures on employment law and has contributed toward two educational books that focus on employment law outsourcing issues.

Anette is also co-author of the book Scandinavian Employment Law – A General Overview, which covers Danish, Norwegian and Swedish employment law.

She was rated in the first tier of her field in the Legal 500, 2007. Anette has several qualifications in arbitration and is listed as an authorised mediator. She is also a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.

Key experience:

• Advising on all HR issues for one of Norway’s largest water, heating and sanitary contractors. This included holding a number of courses for employees regarding employment regulation and best practises.
• Advising on tariff agreement issues.
• Advising various clients on comprehensive HR policy preparation and HR procedures. This included recruitment, personnel and “whistle-blowing” procedures.
• Advising various companies on implementing reorganisation plans.
