Joseph W. Sheyka has practiced in the field of franchising and distribution law for thirty years. He is co-author of General Franchising Considerations, published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Organizing and Advising Illinois Businesses.

Mr. Sheyka is a frequent lecturer on franchising and distribution topics.
