Philip is the Office Managing Partner in Liverpool. He has specialised in real estate law for 30 years. Throughout his career he has advised clients on direct and indirect investment in commercial real estate and on developing, funding, managing and exploiting their property assets. His clients include some of the UK's leading investment institutions and major space occupiers as well as local authorities and other public sector bodies. For six years from 1998 he was Head of Real Estate.
