Richard Woolich is a partner in the Corporate Tax group based in the London offices. Richard focuses on the development of real estate practice nationally and internationally as well as VAT.
Richard advises entrepreneurs and institutions on all types of property transactions, corporate real estate work VAT in general.

Richard has spoken at conferences (Henry Stuart, CLT, IIR and Jordans) on property tax related topics. He is a chartered tax adviser and an associate member and ethical director of the Institute of Indirect Taxation. Richard sits on the VAT and Property Liaison group and the Stamp Taxes Practitioners group.
