Stanley McDermott III has a widespread national and international litigation and arbitration practice and is co-chair of the Firm's International Trade and Transport practice.
Mr. McDermott's practice includes the arbitration and litigation of international contract, shipping, and insurance disputes. He has handled numerous arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, and other internationally recognized arbitral organizations in the United States and the United Kingdom. He has substantial experience handling significant commercial litigations before numerous Federal and State courts throughout the United States, and regularly advises international trading companies on both contentious and noncontentious matters.
Mr. McDermott also frequently advises international clients concerning cross-border litigations in courts in the United States and other countries.
