Associate
|
Dianne LaRocca counsels union and non-union clients on day-to-day labor and employment matters. Her practice is balanced between traditional labor and employment law issues. With respect to traditional labor law issues, Ms. LaRocca advises clients in connection with union avoidance strategies and union organizing campaigns. She also represents clients at representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB and during labor negotiations and arbitrations. With respect to employment law issues, Ms. LaRocca assists clients in the preparation of employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks and RIFs/layoffs including issues relating to the WARN Act. She conducts training on labor and employment law issues. She also represents clients before the EEOC and equivalent state agencies and in individual and class action discrimination cases.
