DLA Piper advises TDF on sale of Alticom

DLA Piper advised the TDF Group on the auction sale of Alticom, owner of broadcast and telecommunication infrastructure in the Netherlands, to Infracapital, the infrastructure fund of M&G Investments.
Dexia Crédit Local and ING provided debt and were also advised by DLA Piper.
The high elevation tower infrastructure owned and operated by Alticom provides a platform for national broadcast coverage of radio and digital television. Alticom's towers are also essential components of wireless networks for Dutch telecommunication operators.
TDF Group was advised by Jeroen Kroes, Richard Fens, Rob Ludding, Boris Emmerig, Anoeshka Sankatsing, Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst and Floris van der Velde. Charles Destrée led the team that advised Dexia Crédit Local and ING, assisted by Inge Victor (DLA Piper Brussels) and Stephanie Menz.
