Charlie advises on complex insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes and regularly acts for insurers and reinsurers in arbitration and Commercial Court litigation. He has experience across most lines of direct insurance business, and both facultative and treaty reinsurance.

Charlie also regularly advises insurers, reinsurers and corporate clients on policy wording issues at the policy inception stage.

Charlie has previously undertaken a secondment with a London Market managing general agent.
