Mark White focuses his practice exclusively in the area of civil business litigation, representing clients through trial and appeal in large cases.

He has handled several large toxic tort matters, including multi-party cases involving mold exposure, silicone breast implants, and environmental contamination. Mr. White also regularly represents clients in litigation matters involving contractual disputes, product liability, fraud and negligence claims, as well as various oil and gas matters, including royalty disputes.

Among the clients he has represented are Koch Industries, Inc., Flint Hills Resources, L.P., Devon Energy, EOG Resources, Elementis Chromium, Inc., D&F Industries, Inc., Eastman Kodak Company, General Electric Company, Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Corporation, and The Williams Companies.
