Krzysztof is the office managing partner of our Warsaw office. He specialises in corporate law, international trade, mergers and acquisitions and Greenfield/Brownfield projects. He represents and advises numerous financial institutions and government agencies as well as clients on corporate and asset restructuring as well as direct and indirect privatisation transactions. He has also frequently advised global investors from various industries in Poland.

Krzysztof holds a Ph.D in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and graduated with a Master of Law degree from Warsaw University. He also holds the title of attorney at law and is a member of the International Bar Association and the District Chamber of Legal Advisers. He frequently writes articles on commercial and corporate law and until 2006 he worked as an assistant lecturer at the Commercial Law Faculty of the Warsaw School of Economics as well as in the Warsaw Executive MBA programme (WEMBA).

Krzysztof speaks Polish, English and Russian.
