Mark is a member of the Real Estate Finance team in London and has had over 20 years experience specialising in Commercial Property and Real Estate Finance. Mark moved to the UK on qualification from Queensland in 1989 and was previously a partner at Nicholson Graham & Jones. His experience covers all aspects of property Banking including syndicated transactions, cross border financing and development funding. Recent 2006 transactions have included a £150m restructuring of a mixed UK and European investment portfolio, a £80m financing of a leisure property portfolio and the funding of a number of residential development sites. Mark also holds a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics.
