|
Francis Feeney concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital financings and general representation of public and private companies, with a particular emphasis on technology-based companies.
Mr. Feeney's experience includes mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts, IPOs and follow-on public offerings, Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance matters, private placements of equity and debt, including PIPEs, 144A financings and venture capital investments, going-private transactions, tender offers, proxy contests, shareholder rights plans, representing special committees of boards of directors, strategic alliances, licensing and other technology matters.
Mr. Feeney served as issuer's counsel for the top-performing US IPO for 2004, seller's counsel for the ninth largest US technology M&A transaction for 2000 and investors' counsel for the top-performing US LBO for 1996.
