Frans heads the DLA Piper Nederland N.V. office as managing partner.

He is an experienced corporate lawyer who is being recognised in the market place as an expert on corporate governance and corporate litigation matters. Frans has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of corporate law and is the account manager of DLA Piper's major Dutch clients.

He focuses on general corporate governance and corporate litigation matters. Frans acts as general corporate counsel to Dutch listed and non-listed companies.
