Ghislain de Mareuil advises and represents European companies and organisations investing or operating in the People’s Republic of China ("PRC"). Increasingly, he has also been assisting PRC companies doing business in or with the European Union and French-speaking countries.

Prior to practising law, he had work experience in France (in particular as management consultant with Accenture), Japan and Cambodia. After being admitted as one of the laureates to the Paris Bar in 1998, he worked in Paris, Beijing and Shanghai for two major law firms before joining DLA Piper.
