• In 2008 almost 3,000 of our people in Europe, Asia and the Middle East contributed to the firm's CSR activity, equating to over 23,000 hours valued in excess of £3,500,000. In both 2007 and 2006 we donated over 50,000 hours of pro bono legal services.
• In the US, DLA Piper donated nearly 157,000 hours of pro bono and volunteer services in 2008, and 126,000 hours in 2007. In 2008, we received the ABA’s prestigious Pro Bono and Publico Award for our commitment to volunteer legal services for the poor and disadvantaged. We also ranked #16 in The American Lawyer 2008 Pro Bono Scorecard.
