The aim of our seminar series is to provide you with fully accessible seminars on the employee issues that you are facing now. We do much more than cover the law; we will place the law in a user friendly and practical context therefore providing you with guidance on how to apply it so that you are best placed to achieve the strategic goals of your organisation. Our speakers have extensive practical experience of real life cases. These seminars are complimentary and are CPD accredited.

A practical guide to TUPE, enabling you to identify when a TUPE transfer is likely to occur, what effect this has and what this means you, as an employer, must do. The seminar is designed to address the most common questions and pitfalls, enabling you to deal confidently with TUPE, avoiding expensive claims. It will also include an overview of recent TUPE case law developments and their impact on day-to-day handling of TUPE issues.

We hope you can join us for the full series - but you are of course welcome to select from any one of the seminars.
