Hans-Mark has experience in all aspects of real estate law.

He advises major international corporations on real estate transactions involving leases, acquisitions and greenfield developments. He is a legal advisor to significant Dutch real estate businesses, major developers, engineering companies and housing corporations. Hans-Mark also has extensive experience in a variety of real estate matters, including construction law, property finance, zoning and planning and environmental issues.

Previously Hans-Mark was a lecturer in a private law and an in-house counsel for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Having studied in London he is also trained to coordinate cross-border transactions as well as complex real estate transactions in the Netherlands.
