Heather Angelina Dunn is a partner in DLA Piper's Trademarks group, based in San Francisco. She concentrates her practice on domestic and international trademark prosecution and counseling, anti-counterfeit programs, advertising and promotions, intellectual property and art law counseling.

Recently, Ms. Dunn has counseled clients concerning selection and registrability of trademarks, domestically and abroad; prosecuted trademark applications; counseled and negotiated on trademark infringement matters and domain name disputes; represented clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Dispute Resolution Process proceedings; and developed and managed large-scale global anti-counterfeit and trademark enforcement programs.

She also counsels clients regarding compliance issues for sweepstakes and promotions, advertising campaigns, agreements for the sale and acquisition of artwork and museum/gallery exhibition, promotion and merchandising issues.
