Hélène Bogaard is partner in the Employment, Pensions and Benefits group of DLA Piper in the Netherlands. She advises local and international companies on all aspects of the collective or individual employment relationship.
Hélène has considerable experience in employment and pensions aspects of major corporate and finance transactions, outsourcing, reorganisation and integration processes. She has advised many clients on transactions relating to relocations, restructurings, collective dismissals and harmonisation of employment contracts and benefits. She also has considerable experience in individual dismissal cases of employees and/or managing directors and litigation.
Hélène lectures regularly on Dutch employment law, with a focus on the transfer of undertakings.
