Holly Drumheller Butler has a varied litigation practice which includes representation of public and private companies in connection with business, commercial, product liability, and real estate litigation. She also has significant trial experience and has tried cases in various federal and state courts.

Ms. Butler authored and co-authored appellate briefs for the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the Maryland Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. In addition, Ms. Butler has presented oral arguments before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Fourth Circuit. She has tried numerous arbitration proceedings and has experience in mediation.

Ms. Butler has served on the firm's Summer Associate Committee since 1998 and has been a member of the Hiring Committee since 2001.
