Howard E. Kane concentrates his practice in retail, commercial, mixed-use, office and industrial real estate. He has had the major responsibility for the legal work relative to the development of numerous mixed-use downtown urban developments, regional shopping centers and industrial parks. He has chaired the ICSC law conference three times.
Most recently, he was listed in the 2008 and 2009 editions of the International Who's Who of Real Estate Lawyers and the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers, published by Who's Who Legal. He has been listed in Best Lawyers of the United States since its original publication.
