Brett Ingerman's primary areas of practice are business and commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on complex commercial disputes and lender liability issues. He also has significant experience in corporate investigations and compliance involving criminal, quasi-criminal, and administrative agencies. Mr. Ingerman recently worked with Senator George J. Mitchell, DLA Piper Global Chairman, to conduct an independent investigation into alleged illegal use of steroids and other performance-enhancing substances in Major League Baseball.
