Bruce Mee is the Regional Managing Partner for France. He also heads the litigation and arbitration department, and specialises in contentious matters in the areas of industrial and intellectual property law, commercial law, bankruptcy and insurance matters.
In the area of intellectual property law, Bruce has represented clients in license and technology transfer matters, merchandising programs, and criminal litigation relating to trademark and copyright infringement and unfair trade practices.
Bruce has represented numerous clients in recovery actions, in connection with bankruptcy and insurance claims as well as on contentious matters in the telecommunications industry.
Bruce also has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings in French and English, notably arbitration proceedings carried out in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
