Experience Our lawyers are experienced in representing clients with all the main regulatory and financial authorities in Egypt, including the main commercial tribunals, the Central Bank of Egypt, the Capital Markets Authority and the Cairo & Alexandria Stock Exchanges.
Aviation We have extensive experience in assisting international clients in all aspects of the aviation sector in Egypt, including aircraft financing, leasing, acquisitions, deliveries, and de-registrations. We maintain strong working relationships with Egypt's national air carrier as well as with the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority.
Banking and Finance Through our close working relationships with Egyptian financial institutions we have first hand knowledge of what constitutes commercially acceptable solutions for the major organisations involved in large-scale deals. Our lawyers have substantial experience in providing local legal advice on the banking and finance sector in Egypt including advice on asset based finance, infrastructure and project finance, trade finance and real estate finance.
Corporate and Privatisation We have considerable experience in acquisitions, business start-ups, company formations and administration. We advise on joint ventures, whether corporate, contractual or partnership structures. We also advise on the ongoing relationships between venture partners, from the due diligence issues involved to possible exit strategies. We also provide specialist advice to foreign investors on all aspects of privatisation, public/private partnerships in Egypt including due diligence, negotiations, document drafting, target company management and labour restructuring and regulatory compliance.
Company Formation and Administration We provide a wide range of services on the establishment of legal entities and their continued corporate compliance. These services are tailored to the personal needs of our clients and include the incorporation of companies, maintenance of statutory books, attendance to annual filing requirements, preparation of minutes and appropriate statutory forms, advice on organisation and conduct of meetings.
Dispute Resolution We are experienced in the dispute resolution process and represent clients before all courts of Egypt, including the Court of Appeal, the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court. We are also highly experienced in commercial arbitration and are registered with the Cairo Regional Center for Commercial Arbitration.
Employment We advise on all issues of Egyptian employment law and combine our clients' international strategies with the practicalities of local implementation - whether on the acquisition of businesses to restructuring, recruiting or terminating employment.
Environment Our practice is one of the pioneers of environmental law in Egypt, rapidly gaining a wide range of experience in dealing with environmental issues for our clients, including pollution control, waste management, environmental assessment, environmental audit and health and safety management.

Energy and Infrastructure Oil & Gas Our lawyers regularly advise clients on a broad range of transactional and regulatory issues relating to the international oil and gas industry in Egypt.
