• Patent Litigation – Hewlett-Packard Co. v. Mustek Systems, Inc.: Assisted in successful patent trial resulting in multimillion dollar jury verdict for client Hewlett-Packard Company, asserting patents related to scanner technology.
• Copyright Litigation – Designs Art v. National Football League Properties, Inc.: Assisted in representing National Football League Properties in a copyright infringement action involving the Cincinnati Bengals logo, which included prevailing on several dispositive and non-dispositive motions. The sole remaining claim was settled.
• Trade Secret Litigation – Obtained summary judgment on fraud claim for Fortune 100 company client, and successfully obtained dismissal of trade secret claim.
• Trade Secret Litigation – Prosecuted claims for misappropriation of trade secret, and breach of contract by former employees of technology company.
• Product Liability – Defended manufacturers of motorcycles and bicycles against product liability claims.
