Victor Salerno focuses his practice on general commercial real estate and real estate finance. He represents owners, lenders, investors and developers in transaction involving office buildings, shopping centers, retail facilities, hotels, industrial facilities and residential and condominium developments.

Mr. Salerno has significant experience in acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lending (including, conventional financings, mezzanine financings, construction loans and multi-state financing transactions), preferred equity investments, joint venture transactions, leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, construction and development projects, and real estate loan restructurings and workouts.
