Lance Miller is an M&A, finance and restructuring partner based in the Tokyo office. Of his 25 years in private practice, nearly 12 years have been in Asia, where he has worked in Tokyo, Bangkok and Singapore.

His experience includes working with commercial banks, funds and multinationals in financings, work-outs and M&A investments throughout Asia, Latin America and the US. He is widely recognised for his work in property development and hotels, power, telecommunications, advertising and downstream petrochemicals. His clients include Mizuho Corporate Bank, Verizon Communications, Sumitomo Corporation, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, ITW, NEC and Havas, among others. Prior to joining the organisation in October 2005, he was the Southeast Asia managing partner for Coudert Brothers LLP in charge of Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. Lance is admitted in New York and California and is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
