James M. Phipps concentrates his practice in the area of finance law. He represents real estate investment trusts and a wide variety of other borrowers in commercial and personal finance transactions. One of the country’s premier securitization attorneys, his counsel is sought by several of the country’s largest publicly traded REITs.

Mr. Phipps’ practice also includes real estate mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint venture transactions and retail and office leasing. Prior to joining the firm, Jim was a partner at Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C.
