Jasper Berkenbosch works in the area of insolvency law in the Amsterdam office. Jasper acts for banks, creditors and companies in distress. He is regularly appointed by the Dutch court of Amsterdam as administrator in suspension of payment and as trustee in liquidation. Jasper graduated from University of Utrecht and Cambridge (St John's College 1996-1997). For some years Jasper was connected as university teacher to the University of Utrecht.
Jasper is member of the board of the NVRII (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtsvergelijkend en Internationaal Insolventierecht), member of the trustee committee of the district court of Amsterdam and a Fellow of Insol International. Key Roles and Experience
