Jeffrey Herschman’s trade regulation practice centers on problems arising from the creation and modification of distribution systems. He has represented automobile manufacturers, electronics manufacturers, tool manufacturers, national real estate developers, health care providers and construction equipment manufacturers in significant cases brought under federal and state antitrust, franchise, business and special industry laws.
Mr. Herschman serves as national litigation coordinating counsel for a major franchisor in the mobile tool industry. He also regularly represents venture capital investment firms in a variety of litigation matters.
DLA Piper's Antitrust practice group, of which Mr. Herschman is a member, was recently ranked as the #1 Antitrust Litigation practice by Martindale-Hubbell®, according to the total number of antitrust cases in which the firm has represented clients in US Federal District Courts during the prior two years.
In 2008, he was named a Maryland Super Lawyer.
