Jeffrey B. Steiner regularly represents Wall Street investment banks and institutional lenders in complex structured finance transactions, including construction, conduit, floating and fixed rate financings, forward loan commitments, mezzanine loans, loan participations, low-income housing tax credit, and mortgage-backed securities transactions. DLA Piper's Real Estate Capital Markets department is one of the most substantial in the United States and represents numerous financial institutions–including foreign and domestic investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies and pension and hedge funds–in many high-profile and complex transactions, nationally and internationally.
Mr. Steiner has been repeatedly listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and has been named a New York Super Lawyer. In 2011, the National Law Journal named him to its list of Most Influential Lawyers in real estate.
Mr. Steiner is a member of DLA Piper's Executive Committee and Global Board.
