Jenny Lloyd practices in all areas of civil litigation, in state and federal courts, with particular experience in complex commercial litigation including securities, shareholder and fiduciary disputes, class action defense, insurance class actions, contract disputes, and business torts. She also has experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark disputes. Ms. Lloyd practices principally in state and federal courts in Texas, and has also represented clients in several other state and federal jurisdictions and domestic and international arbitration forums.

Ms. Lloyd has represented individuals and businesses of all types, from local start-up companies to international publicly-traded entities. She helps her clients efficiently resolve their disputes with competitors, customers, vendors, employees, or shareholders, from pre-suit evaluation through trial and appeal.

• Representation of software company and directors and officers in breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims brought by minority shareholders.
• Representation of a manufacturer of small business software in arbitration defending claims of misrepresentation and deceptive trade practice in sales of software product to customer.
• Representation of employers in enforcing non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality obligations of departed employees.
• Representation on appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit defending dismissal of fraud-based claims against California network infrastructure company.
