Associate

Jenny Lloyd practices in all areas of civil litigation, in state and federal courts, with particular experience in complex commercial litigation including securities, shareholder and fiduciary disputes, class action defense, insurance class actions, contract disputes, and business torts. She also has experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark disputes. Ms. Lloyd practices principally in state and federal courts in Texas, and has also represented clients in several other state and federal jurisdictions and domestic and international arbitration forums.
Ms. Lloyd has represented individuals and businesses of all types, from local start-up companies to international publicly-traded entities. She helps her clients efficiently resolve their disputes with competitors, customers, vendors, employees, or shareholders, from pre-suit evaluation through trial and appeal.
