John J. Duffy practices in the area of real estate transactional work with an emphasis on commercial leasing.

Mr. Duffy has lectured on various real estate topics, including commercial leasing, loan documentation, and joint venture agreements for the Continuing Education of the Bar of the State University of California, Georgetown University, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the State Bar of California, as well as for various real estate trade organizations.

Mr. Duffy has also prepared lease forms for several owners of office buildings and retail shopping centers.

Mr. Duffy is one of the Pro Bono Coordinators for the Los Angeles office.

• Ongoing representation of a software company in connection with its leasing activities nationally and internationally.
