John is a partner in the Restructuring group. He practises in all areas of corporate restructuring and recovery. John specialises in contentious work and has a particular expertise in LPA/fixed charge receiverships in commercial leasehold issues in insolvency, and in asset recovery. He regularly acts for lenders, insolvency practitioners and creditors in actions to recover assets.
