|
Joshua Sohn's practice focuses on complex commercial, real estate, and securities litigation. He has experience representing developers, lenders, public companies, private companies, broker/dealers, private equity firms, venture capital funds, and hedge funds, as well as the officers, directors, and principals of those entities. Mr. Sohn represents and advises these clients in connection with real estate disputes, forclosures, corporate governance disputes, corporate control contests, shareholder disputes, SEC investigations, stock ownership disputes, securities fraud issues, insider trading issues, contract interpretation disputes, and other commercial disputes. He litigates in state and federal courts across the country. Mr. Sohn’s experience includes trying cases in state and federal courts and arbitrating before the FINRA (formerly NASD).
Mr. Sohn is the Pro Bono Coordinator for the New York office.
