Partner

Kenneth MacCallum is a partner in the Finance practice group, based in New York. He concentrates on transactional work in the capital markets, focusing in structured finance.
Mr. MacCallum has extensive experience in structuring deals and developing novel structures, and preparation and negotiation of agreements and legal opinions, in public offerings and private placements of mortgage-backed and asset-backed financings. Mortgage-backed securities have included collateralized mortgage obligations and single-family, multi-family and commercial mortgage pass-throughs. Asset-backed securities have included asset-backed commercial paper and securities backed by trade receivables, credit card receivables, automobile loans, manufactured housing loans, boat loans, and tax-exempt and equipment leases.
Among Mr. MacCallum's clients have been issuers, underwriters and placement agents, credit enhancers and liquidity providers, trustees and investors.
