|
Krzysztof Wiater is the Managing Partner of our Warsaw office. He specialises in:
- Corporate law
- International trade
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Greenfield/brownfield projects
He represents and advises financial institutions, governmental agencies, and both local and multinational clients from various sectors on corporate and asset restructuring, as well as in direct and indirect privatisation transactions.
Krzysztof also advises on state aid and defence-related issues, including offset contracts. He is one of the few lawyers in Poland specialising in this area of law.
Krzysztof graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Warsaw and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a practicing legal adviser and advocate.
Until 2006, Krzysztof worked as an assistant lecturer in the commercial law faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics and also on the Warsaw Executive Master of Business Administration (WEMBA) programme. He is a frequent author on commercial and corporate law issues.
